- The power of the Bronze Dragonflight has changed the target's appearance into that of a human.
Human Illusion is a passive buff rewarded inside CoT instances. This buff is active for all Horde races as well as Night Elves and Draenei when they enter all CoT instances. It makes characters with it appear as a member of the human race. Your existing gear does appear on the human model.
