Hungering Ghouls can be found in the Pit of Saron in Icecrown Citadel. Two ghouls can be found in groups of four with a Deathwhisper Shadowcaster and a Deathwhisper Torturer southwest of the pit.

Abilities

•   Devour Flesh Melee range — Drains 1980 to 2420 health and 5% stats from an enemy, transferring it to the caster. Instant. Lasts 15 seconds
