Hungering Wraiths are level 56-58 undead scourge shades that cast Debilitating Touch and can become enraged. They can be found in Western Plaguelands at Gahrron's Withering. They have a chance to drop [Ectoplasmic Resonator] if a player has a Vitreous Focuser in their inventory.
