Hurricane Deck is an item that begins the quest  [85] Darkmoon Hurricane Deck, which rewards the player with a [Darkmoon Card: Hurricane].

This item can be acquired by combining individual Winds cards:

	[Three of Winds]		[Four of Winds]
	[Five of Winds]		[Six of Winds]
	[Seven of Winds]		[Eight of Winds]

The cards are created with Inscription's Darkmoon Card of Destruction.
