I Could Say That This Cache Was Rare is an achievement gained by defeating Hodir in Ulduar, before he destroys his Rare Cache of Winter on normal mode. The name is a reference to Fresh Prince of Bel-Air "If anything I could say that this cab was rare" from the opening titles.
