Ice Floes is a Mage talent which decreases the cooldown of the spell Frost Nova, Cone of Cold, Ice Block and Icy Veins by 7-6% per rank, up to 20% at max rank 3. These are undoubtedly useful spells, and having a shorter cooldown helps in many PvP and PvE situations.
