Ice Guard is a quest reward from the quest The Ice Guard which starts with Mataus the Wrathcaster at Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Mataus the Wrathcaster:

• 10x  [Insignia of the Crusade]
• 30

  • 30x  [Bone Fragments] to Rohan the Assassin
  • 30x  [Crypt Fiend Parts] to Huntsman Leopold
  • 30x  [Savage Frond]s to Rayne
  • Various crafted items from Craftsman's Writs to Dispatch Commander Metz
• Cannot be attached to another player's armor through the trade window.
