Ice Stone

From WoWWiki

The Ice Stone is a fixed device located in Ashenvale, Desolace, Stranglethorn Vale, Searing Gorge, Silithus, Hellfire Peninsula, and Slave Pens, during the Midsummer Fire Festival. These ice stones radiate a bitter cold, chilling the air around it and the platform on which it sits. Deep within its facets, a blue light pulses, waiting (to be melted!)

As of patch [3.0.9] this device seems to be overheating a lot. Players are constantly getting a global message "The Ice Stone has melted!". It has been fixed during a round of off-peak rolling restarts. [1]
