Icebane Bracers are Blacksmithing-made plate bracers that give a bonus to stamina, strength, frost resistance and an increase of defense. These were added in Patch 1.11 to help players with the frost damage-oriented Naxxramas.

The pattern is learn from Master Craftsman Omarion, who is located in the Deathknights wing of Naxxramas. You must have Revered reputation with the Argent Dawn to learn this pattern.
Notes
You can do a quest requiring you to return Omarion's book to Craftsman Wilhelm. If you complete this quest, Wilhelm will be able to make you this item if you supply him the components and 300.
