Iceshatter is a Magnataur found in eastern Dragonblight near the frozen lake inhabited by  Ice Revenants.

Attacks and abilities

• Magnataur Charge: 5-45 yd range. Instant. Charges the enemy dealing 200% weapon damage.
• Pulsing Shards: 3.5 second cast. Inflicts 250 frost damage every 3 sec. Slows attack and cast speed by 30% to nearby enemies for 15 sec. Stacks up to 10 times.

Strategies

Almost all of his damage comes from Pulsing Shards. It's a channeled spell, so melee should run away as soon he starts casting. One debuff won't hurt too much. He will charge the tank when he's done. Reportedly, a warrior can use Spell Reflection on Pulsing Shards.
