Icewing Bunker

Icewing Bunker is the Stormpike Guard bunker that is located just northeast of Stonehearth Graveyard. The entrance to the bunker is on the north side, facing a cliff.
It creates a relatively weak choke point deterring horde forces heading to Stormpike Graveyard. However, due to its proximity to Stonehearth Graveyard, this bunker is relatively easy for horde forces to capture and destroy once they have control of Stonehearth Graveyard.
Quests
Inside this bunker stationed Commander Karl Philips who would give alliance player the quest 
[60] Brotherly Love. The quest asks the player to kill his undead brother Commander Louis Philips in Tower Point. Ironically, Louis Philips gives Horde players the same quest 
[60] Brotherly Love to kill Karl Philips.
In Patch 2.3, all Commanders and Lieutenants have been removed, along with the quests associated with them.
