Ichman's Gryphon is a level 60 elite gryphon found in Alterac Valley. If successfully summoned by its master, Wing Commander Ichman, it hovers outside Frostwolf Keep and bombards members of the Horde from above.
The summoning quest is 
[60P] Call of Air - Ichman's Fleet.
