The Icon of the Sun is the racial crest of the High elf, and symbolizes the magic that comes with their incredible longevity. It also represents the light that the High Elves have their faith in.

Notes

• The crest usually represented as the "Icon of the Sun" by fans is really just a bluish fan recoloring of the Icon of Blood (the blood elf crest).
• The second fan-made crest shown features a phoenix, topped with armor that strongly resembles the Spell breaker's helmet as well as the unicorn inside the circle that represents their faith for the sun's light.
