Idra'kess Enchantresses are naga spell-casters that can be found on the first "floor" of Nespirah^{[51.6, 48.2]}

in the Shimmering Expanse, near the center of the floor.

During the Naz'jar Battlemaiden quest chain that begins with Visions of the Past: The Slaughter of Biel'aran Ridge, these naga appear as friendly on Nar'shola Terrace, standing with Overseer Idra'kess, and also appear on the outskirts of Biel'aran Ridge.
