Ikeyen is a level 62 quest giver located at Cenarion Refuge in the contested territory of Zangarmarsh. Ikeyen is a male Broken who has joined the Cenarion Expedition. He claims that the Umbrafen lost ones captured him and that he escaped from and went to the Refuge. He is very concerned about the sporelings and their struggle against the bog giants. He stands next to Lauranna Thar'well at the Refuge.

He starts the following quests:
