Improved Aspect of the Hawk
While Aspect of the Hawk or Dragonhawk is active, all normal ranged attacks have a 10% chance of increasing ranged attack speed by X% for 12 sec.

• While Aspect of the Hawk or Dragonhawk is active, all normal ranged attacks have a 10% chance of increasing ranged attack speed by X% for 12 sec.

Improved Aspect of the Hawk increases ranged haste by 3/6/9/12/15% based on number of talent points spent. Useful skill in endgame raiding as every auto shot fired has a chance to substantially increase DPS for a period of time. The haste buff stacks with Rapid Fire, and as such many hunters elect to sure both these skills at the same time for a short period of high DPS.

• Stacks with all other ranged haste effects, including Bloodlust, Rapid Fire and Serpent's Swiftness.

Patch changes

•  Hotfix (2009-04-16): "Improved Aspect of the Hawk should no longer allow Rapid Regeneration (sic) to provide additional mana beyond the intended scope of the ability. ^[1]"
  
• Patch 3.1.0 (14-Apr-2009): Now has a new spell effect.
