Notes
At level 70, this talent gives +44 Attack Power to your Blessing of Might. However, Retribution Paladins usually have better option than getting 44 Attack Power with 5 talent points. On the other hand, PvE Holy Paladins usually find that they have more talent points than they needed for healing related talents. Therefore, some may spec Improved Blessing of Might for the benefit of the raid.
