Improved Cone of Cold is a mage talent that can dramatically increase the amount of damage dealt by Cone of Cold. It is very desirable for frost mages looking to improve their AoE capacities, or for mages looking to get a little more bang for their buck with the fairly mana-intensive Cone of Cold.

This talent adds the bonus percentage to the bonus percentage got from other talents, not mutiple.

Notes

Taking this talent turns Cone of Cold from a short range AoE slowing spell to a viable source of damage. It is very handy as a compliment to Improved Blizzard. It is certainly a talent worth considering if you're that deep in frost. The damage boost is especially needed when using Cone of Cold for Frost AoE Grinding.
