Improved Felhunter is a talent in the Affliction tree, you will need to spend 27 points in Affliction to max it.

• Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08): This talent now also reduces the cooldown on the felhunter's Shadow Bite ability by 2/4 seconds. 
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): New Talent: Improved Felhunter (Affliction): Your Felhunter gains mana equal to 50/100% of the damage done by its Shadow Bite ability, and increases the effect of your Felhunter's Fel Intelligence by 1/2%.
