Reduces the casting time of your Imp's [Firebolt] spell by 0.5/1 seconds.

[Firebolt] is basically a 2 seconds cast spell. With two points on this talent, the resulting cast time will be only 1 second. Combined with the talent [Improved Imp], the resulting Imp will be quite powerful and add considerable DPS. However, the value gets smaller for level 60 warlocks with epic equipment. The reason for this is that most epic equipment improves the Warlock, and not the minions. Note also that equipment that adds magical damage improves this even further, while equipment that adds shadow damage doesn't.
