Ice Floes is a Mage talent which decreases the cooldown of the spell Frost Nova, Cone of Cold, Ice Block and Icy Veins by 7-6% per rank, up to 20% at max rank 3.
Fost Nova is reduced from 25 seconds to 21, Cone of Cold from 8 to 5, Ice Block from 5 minutes to 4 minutes, and Icy Veins from 3 minutes to 2m 24 seconds. These are undoubtedly useful spells, and having a shorter cooldown helps in many PvP and PvE situations.
