Reduces the cooldown of your Mortal Strike ability by X sec and increases the damage it causes by Y%.

Improved Mortal Strike is a talent in the Arms tree that is available after you have spent 35 points in the Arms Tree and acquired Mortal Strike. As the name suggests, it improves the Mortal Strike ability.
