Functionality
This tier 4 talent caps at 3 points. Requires at least 15 points in Destruction talents. The first point gives +4% crit rate to Searing Pain. Each additional point adds 3% per point.

Notes
This talent, combined with the Ruin ability and lots of +crit gear, can make Searing Pain into a very deadly short-cast nuke perfect for PvP. This has limited use in PvE because of Searing Pain produces twice the threat generation per damage point as other spells. Also, this only affects one spell.
