Gag Order is a Tier 5 Protection talent. It increases the damage bonus of your next Shield Slam by X%. It also increases your chance to silence the target for 3 seconds with Shield Bash and Heroic Throw by X%.

Notes
Gag Order increases the chance to silence the target with Shield Bash and Heroic Throw and the damage of your next Shield Slam.
Example 1 (without Gag Order): Your Shield Slam hits for 1000. Without having talent points in Gag Order, your damage would stay at 1000.
Example 2 (with Gag Order): Two talent points in Gag Order add 10% to the damage after using Shield Bash. If your Shield Slam hits for 1000, after using Shield Bash your Shield Slam will now hit for (1000*1.10 = 1100).
