Your Mind Blast and Shadow Word: Death critical strikes have a 100% chance and your Mind Flay critical strikes have a 50% chance to increase your total Spirit by X%. For the duration, your mana will regenerate at a Y% rate while casting. Lasts 8 sec.

Improved Spirit Tap is a talent in the Shadow tree, you will need to spend 5 points in Shadow to max it. It increases total spirit and mana regeneration on a Mind Blast/Shadow Word: Death critical strike.
