Incinerate 2.5 sec cast 30 yd range 355 Mana Deals X Fire damage to your target and an additional Y Fire damage if the target is affected by an Immolate spell.

Notes

With the New 2.4 Emberstorm Talent buff, an Immolate/Incinerate/Conflagarate now may give slightly more personal DPS than Shadow Bolt.

The decreased cast time, Emberstorm being a 10% fire damage bonus along the way to Shadow and Flame, more gain with synergy (15% from Scorch vs 10% from Shadow Mastery), more base damage, and less mana cost may make Incinerate the better choice over Shadow Bolt for personal dps.
