Incineratus is a level 73 fire elemental located at the Throne of the Elements in the contested territory of Nagrand. He's currently not involved in any quests. Though, he is said to have created the Living Fire, and Salandria is advised not to get too close to him. If you attack somebody around him, he will one shot you.
