Infinite Corruptor is a boss located deep within Stratholme. He is found corrupting a bronze dragonspawn during the Culling of Stratholme, leaving upon success. His only and most notable loot is 
[Reins of the Bronze Drake]. This is a guaranteed drop.
Players seeking to battle him only have 25 minutes from the first Scourge wave to kill him. He is located in the Market Row which is located just past the gate leading to the Mal'Ganis encounter. He's at the far end of the left side of the junction past the gate, while Mal'Ganis is on the right.
He is only present in heroic mode.
Attacks and abilities
For all intent and purpose, the Infinite Corruptor is a tank and spank boss.
He does a weird debuff that will take away a percentage of your HP as it stacks — but sometimes he does not use it — and if you have made it that far, the debuff will not phase you.
Strategies
Getting to him within the time restraints will require a fast clear (most likely requiring an overgeared group). You need to clear trash at record times and is recommended that your party AoE clear mobs between bosses to speed things along.
The most vital strategy to reach him, is going to the waves, rather than waiting for them.
Notes
To be successful in getting the loot from the mob, he must die before the timer runs out. If not killed before the timer runs out, he will become immune and run through the portal behind him.

Lore Implications
The presence of this npc in the Culling of Stratholme, as well as the activity he is undertaking, would seem to suggest that the Infinite Dragonflight is in fact made up of Bronze Dragons who have been subverted.
