After being placed two sets of three Enraged Wraith will come forth and try to destroy the infused crystal.

Objective of

[Infused Crystal] is used to charge the Eastern Runestone for the quest  [10] Powering our Defenses.

Notes

Even though it's an object its flagged as a NPC, cause it contains health.
