Joq is a human fisherman out of Theramore who traded with Orc farmers for crops. After docking his fishing trawler Passion's Reward at Ratchet he got into an argument about the quality of Klatt crops. When the fight escalated to physical violence the Goblin Bruiser Muzzlecrank was force to arrest both men.
After hearing news of the arrest of the Captain Joq reached Northwatch Major Davin sent word to Theramore to ask for more reinforcements. A move that would be seen by the Horde as an act of aggression. [1]
