Investigator Fezzen Brasstacks is a level 30 goblin found in Shadowfang Keep during the Love is in the Air world event. He was investigating the Apothecaries' activities there, but was unable to take them down by himself.
He provides you with a Standard Apothecary Serving Kit to serve a court subpoena to the apothecaries, which includes some decidedly non-standard equipment... just in case.
