In theory, this is the door that leads to Ironclad Cove where  Edwin VanCleef <Defias Kingpin> plans from his ship. Oddly enough there is a cannon pointed right at the door, maybe a blast from that will budge it open.

Patch changesEdit

Patch 4.0.3 (2010-11-15): This door, while still locked, can not be unlocked anymore.
            Only way to open the door now is by using the Defias Cannon.
