Iskaal is a ruined tuskarr village located east of Kamagua in the Howling Fjord. ^{[33.8, 63.6]} You can get there by taking the Ancient Lift. It is currently controlled by the Northsea Freebooters. Abdul the Insane is here.

Trivia

The name Iskaal could be a play on "Iskall", a swedish word for freezing cold ("Is" means ice and "kall" means cold). The name could just be a coincidence. It would however fit with the climate in the Howling Fjord.
