Javnir Nashak is a level 55 fireworks vendor located just south of Orgrimmar in the orcish starting zone of Durotar. He is only available during the Harvest Festival.
He starts the quest 
[60] Honoring a Hero (Harvest Festival), which is a quest to honor Grom Hellscream.
