Jelinek Sharpshear is the gnome in charge of the Barbershop in Stormwind City.

Trivia

While in the beta, he was known as Sween Neetod which is a reference to Sweeney Todd. As well, if you go upstairs to his bedroom, you can see two skeletons under a floorboard that has been pulled up, and a razor on the table above them.
At some point Jelinek was race-changed from a goblin to a gnome.
