Jer'kai Moonweaver is a level 36 quest giver located in a nook (65.95, 45.61) near Grimtotem Compound in the contested territory of Feralas. To find her you have to go to the narrowest point of Feralas just east of Dire Maul, then head north down the hill and up a hidden path in the mountainside partially behind a tree. There she hides with Kindal Moonweaver.

She may be related to Kindal Moonweaver.
