Brian Morrisroe is the Lead Interior Artist for Blizzard, and his employee Jeremy Graves is a Dungeon / City Artist. The reason for the rhymes is due to Jeremy having a knack for karaoke rapping to the beats of popular rappers such as snoop dogg, dr. dre, and last but definitely not least Eminem. (hence the bottle in his hand and him rapidly dropping to the ground asleep). The NPC also randomly says "BIP" because Jeremy does that in real life.
