This item drops from Kel'Thuzad in the 25 man version of Naxxramas.
Notes Edit
Currently (3.0.9) best-in-slot for both cat druids and hit-capped hunters, though druids obviously get the most gain out of this weapon, as they not only benefit from the pure stats but also the DPS, which is converted to Feral attack power for them.
