Journeyman Chu^{[63.5, 58.5]}

is a rather ambitious pandaren located at the Silken Fields in the Valley of the Four Winds. He has tried unsuccessfully to produce a new type of moth and silkworm to improve silk output, but the monsters are hostile and must be put down.
