Tier 2 drops mainly in Blackwing Lair.

Exceptions are the legpiece which drops from Ragnaros in the Molten Core.

Pre-Patch 3.2.2 Judgement Crown was available from Onyxia but has since been moved to Nefarian.

It is considered by many to be one of the best-looking armor sets in the game.
