is the headquarters of the Kajaro Trading Company according to the quest Trouble in the Mines. It is located between Bilgewater Port and Kaja'mine, and is the location in which new goblin players start. All the goblin class trainers can be found here, as well as a few vendors and a mailbox.

The Headquarters undergoes a few phases, and the nearby pool goes through some phases of its own during the course of gameplay.
