Kalldan Felmoon is a level 27 leatherworking vendor who is located in a cave which forms the right eyesocket of the large skull entrance to the Wailing Caverns in the Horde-aligned territory of the Barrens.
He is the only known source for the [Deviate Scale Cloak] and [Deviate Scale Gloves] leatherworking patterns (available in limited quantity.)
