Kandrostrasz is an NPC and a member of the Brood of Alexstrasza inside the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj who gives adventurers high level boots and pants for turning in special loot items to him. You can find him past The Prophet Skeram.
Andorgos gives adventurers helms and shoulders while Vethsera gives chest items.
