Karnitol, a noble of some sort, is a human mage that supposedly lives in Stormwind. According to the quest  [39] The Karnitol Shipwreck you need to deliver [Karnitol's Satchel] to Roetten Stonehammer in Ironforge who will give it to Karnitol.
