This item can be fished from Schools of Tastyfish during the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza. Roughly 1 in every 200 items fished from Schools of Tasyfish will be a Keefer's Angelfish.

- Unlike Speckled Tastyfish, Keefer's Angelfish last longer than 4 hours. So if you miss turning this fish in after the tournament, you can turn it in during or after the contest the following week.
- This item can be turned in for a Lucky Fishing Hat from Fishbot 5000 during or after the Stanglethorn Fishing Extravaganza.
