Keldran

Keldran is a level 38 quest giver located north of the Valley of Spirits in the orcish city of Orgrimmar.
He starts the quest 
[30] Alliance Relations.
He is a high-ranking member of the Horde dedicated to the task of proving to the Alliance that the Horde no longer consorts with demonic powers. He plans to accomplish this by eliminating the Burning Blade presence from the region of Desolace. Takata Steelblade and Maurin Bonesplitter were sent to Desolace to deal with the general demonic threat there, charged with the specific duty of eliminating the Burning Blade.
While Keldran does not seem to have Thrall's official permission for the operation in Desolace, he is convinced that even the Warchief is growing weary of the war with the Alliance, and that proving to the humans that the Horde no longer deals with the Burning Legion may help make any possible peace talks with the Alliance a lot easier. Keldran's mission in Desolace is considered to have been remarkably successful, despite the fact that the Burning Blade still maintains significant presence there.
