The user difficulty system has been drastically simplified.
It was discovered that the 4 tier difficulty system caused much confusion. It was also never widely adopted by developers for hiding debug options.
There are now two levels: 1, and 2. '1' is used by default and visible to all users. '2' is visible if the 'Advanced Options' check box is checked by the user, which also shows the configurations.
