Khromuk is a Blizzard employee who posts on the US World of Warcraft Customer Service Forum.

He was introduced on August 10, 2010^[1] and works Monday thru Friday from 9am to 6pm Pacific Time.^[2] Unlike the other representatives, whose primary duty is to assist customers on the CS Forum, Khromuk's primary duties involved behind-the-scene work.
