Kibler is a level 56 quest giver located at Flame Crest in the contested territory of Burning Steppes. According to the parrot Opus, he is being investigated by an organization called G.E.T.A.

He starts the following quests:

Notes Edit

Among other people he has hired to go into Lower Blackrock Spire is Bijou.

His name is probably a reference to the dog food 'Kibbles and Bits', which makes sense considering that his quests award small pets. Kibler's Bits, an item used by hunters to strengthen their pets, also exists.
