2020Kibler's Bits provides your pet with a buff for 20 strength and stamina for 1.00 hour. This includes both hunters', warlocks' and Death Knight's pets. You use this by right clicking on the item, not via the feed pet skill.
The strength and stamina gained from feeding your pet Kibler's Bits was reduced from 30 to 20 in patch 3.1. 30 strength and stamina can now be gained by a pet from Spiced Mammoth Treats.
